Prices include: water, electricity, a weekly change of linen (for stays longer than a week sheets and towels are changed on Saturday morning), final cleaning and all the services offered from the Farmhouse Bella Cima.
CHILDREN: FREE up to 3 years (cot or bed added)
ANIMALS: FREE allowed only small pets (No access to the lawn and pool)
Prices do not include: extra linen (5 €), extra cleaning (€ 20), extra bed (10 € per day)
For all stays are required to pay a refundable security sum of EUR 50.00.
The booking confirmation is exclusively at the time of payment of the deposit (30% of the total). The remaining 70% can be paid online or on arrival.
In case of cancellation:
- 30 days before arrival in the structure, it is expected to advance refund (minus fees)
- 15 days before arrival in the structure, there is no refund
